    The place was simply stunning, no reason to complain, can just recommend. The staffs were outstandingly accommodating and the service was terrific. The hotel was in an incredible location, close to a funicular. It was also close to the railway station, Davos, in the heart of Swiss Alps and the Venue- recommended ski hire shop. The bar was nice and food they serve is excellent!

    location outstanding, opposite RR sta.,200 yds from Parsennbahn; excellent restaurants in hotel, but several others in walking distance; efficient bus network also opposite hotel serves entire area so a car is unnecessary, esp. if one arrives in Zurich by air and takes the train to Davos (2 1/2 hrs and "Swiss" efficient).

    No, there is nothing with which I could find fault regarding this hotel.

    The service here was good with a smooth check-in process and convenient on-site parking, plus it's right next to the Parsenn cable car and train station, and just a 5-minute drive to a large mosque nearby.

    Service was excellent. Location perfect. Assortment and quality of breakfast buffet was excellent. Travelled with our 3 year old and hotel staff were very accommodating. Good size and comfortable room.

    We were thrilled with our recent stay at a hotel in Davos. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff were really nice too make us feel at home and were always friendly and helpful. The hotel had a fine design and our room was beautifully appointed. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the dining experience was fabulous. The hotel also had electric car parking, a bonus. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

    We found that the air in the bedroom was quite dry, which could be uncomfortable for some guests.

    Lovely stay, polite staff, helpful

    Delicious food, breakfast on fire. Excellent service, well-renovated hotel. Great SPA with thermal area. Delicious restaurant, highly recommended. Clean rooms, spacious and baroque style. Free parking on hotel premises

    I couldn't believe how perfect everything was during our stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs. The receptionist was so lovely and took care of all our special requests. The bar manager and restaurant manager were fantastic too, ensuring we had a great dining experience. We loved the live piano music at the bar, creating a relaxed and chilled atmosphere. On top of that, it was my partner's birthday and the Rixos team went above and beyond to make it a truly special weekend. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone! The location is ideal and easily accessible even without a car. Massive thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable time!
